The pair had a leisurely two-hour lunch at posh Mayfair restaurant La Petite Maison.
An onlooker said: “They seemed to be having a great time together. They were talking animatedly and Kelly was smiling a lot and laughing at Jean’s jokes.
“They both had glasses of wine and shared a crème brûlée pudding for dessert.”
